Gymflow254 started from a simple observation: Kenyan gym owners are running real businesses — with real employees, real rent, and real members — using WhatsApp, notebooks, and mental arithmetic.
The tools available to them were either too expensive, too complicated, or designed for a completely different context. Nothing worked for a 200-member gym in Westlands or a growing chain across Nairobi.
The reality
"How many members do I actually have?"
That question — from a gym owner in Nairobi who was trying to figure out their actual active membership count — is what started everything. The answer involved a spreadsheet, three WhatsApp threads, and an hour of manual counting.
It shouldn't be that hard. So we built something better.
